The Real Time Companies leadership team currently is comprised of the following individuals: 
Kenneth A. Varga, Founder, Business Development, and Chief Executive Officer, is a founder, shareholder and managing partner of Real Time Companies. Mr. Varga has more than 33 years’ experience in systems/software engineering of real-time embedded systems for avionics, communication and control applications as well as custom Windows-based applications and Microsoft Office automation. Prior to forming RTC, he served as a systems/software consultant to several major aerospace companies in the United States such as Honeywell, ACSS (1991-to-1997) and was a direct employee for IBM, Sperry Flight Systems and Motorola (1982-to-1991). Mr. Varga started Real Time Consulting in March 1997 performing embedded system & software design, primarily in the avionics arena. Mr. Varga has assembled a top notch management team and was instrumental in pushing companywide innovation that has resulted in the company filing for multiple patents. Mr. Varga holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Wayne State University, from which he graduated with distinction. He is a member of ETA KAPPA NU and TAU BETA PI engineering honor societies.
Michelle Hoffman, Chief Financial & Operating Officer, joined Real Time Companies (RTCo) in 2012. Michelle has over 20 years experience in the areas of finance, accounting, business development and strategic planning. Besides Accounting and Finance she oversees Human Resources, Facilities, IT, Purchasing and Administration for RTCo. During her professional tenure she has held executive finance and leadership positions with several startup & turnaround organizations including six years with First American Corporation (a fortune 500 Company), fulfilling CFO, SVP, Controller and Director roles. In addition to finance, she led various departments responsible for human resources, client relations, business development, strategic planning, and operations in public, private and investor backed environments. Her focus on financial operations, profit optimization, and strategic planning has enabled sustainable growth, assured compliance and carefully managed enterprise risk. Her focus on re-engineering processes and management of high-performing work teams consistently result in cost reduction, efficient workflow management, sustainability, compliance and bottom line improvements. Previously, she has been recognized for proactively identifying business needs, creating innovative strategic plans and implementing resolutions with focus on human capital happiness, productivity and stabilizing a steady growth of operational results. Michelle has attained a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Information Systems with a minor in Global Economics from City University of New York-Queens College. She has served on the board of AZ Chapter of Financial Executives International (the leading international CFO professional organization) since 2009, and served as the President and Chairman of the Board in 2011-2012.
